#4 – Dodo
Image Source: Motherboard VICEThe Dodo bird is considered as the world’s most notorious extinct animal. The poor bird was driven to extinction 80 years after being discovered. The bird was living in the island of Mauritius since there were no dangerous predators; the dodo had no fear of humans and so it was easily clubbed till it disappeared. There is a big possibility to reborn the dodo if scientists can collect enough DNA to clone it. That could be done in the eggs of modern pigeons which are a close species to the extinct bird.
