Image Source: Wow AmazingMilly is a Chihuahua that has been crowned as the smallest dog in the world at just 3.8 inches high by The Guinness Book of Records. The cute pup was extremely tiny when she was born in December 2011 that she could fit in a teaspoon, so she had to be fed with an eye dropper to stay alive and healthy. However, the micro pup failed to grow much larger like any normal Chihuahua despite being fed on healthy gourmet food. Milly’s Weight now is approximately a pound.
