Water for living creatures is the equivalent of oil in cars. It helps to manage body temperature as well as avoid muscle strain and tendonitis. You need to provide your dog with water regularly in small doses, before, during (depending on the duration), and after exercise.

Be careful not fill your pooch’s belly with water. Give them just enough to stay hydrated and happy and don’t forget to hydrate your pet well during long sports sessions.
